Q. How much do additional IP addresses cost?
A. Each usable IP is currently $1 per month. Additional allocations will require appropriate ARIN justification.
Q. How long does it take to get my new server?
A. New server orders are generally provisioned within 12-72 hours of payment confirmation and approval. This is not a guarantee, only an approximate time frame. Lead time may depend on the size of the build queue.
Q. What does unmetered mean?
A. "Unmetered" bandwidth means that each server is connected at full duplex 100Mbps / 1000Mbps. You may use all of your connection all of the time with no limitations or overages.
Q. Are your servers managed?
A. All of our services are self-managed or "unmanaged". We provide the server, bandwidth, and hardware support only.
Q. Is your bandwidth shared?
A. Never! All of our servers are fully dedicated. You have access to the full amount of bandwidth 100% of the time, and you will not share a connection with any other customer or server.
Q. Can you provide metered servers for me?
A. YES! We now offer metered servers in our Ogden, Utah facility.
Q. Can I buy extra IP's or unbranded IP's?
A. We offer additional IP space to our customers with proper justification. Our pricing can be found directly in our order forms. We do not offer unbranded IP's.
Q. Do you offer KVM services?
A. Most servers come with IPMI capability built in. Make sure to confirm with sales before ordering if you require IPMI or KVM capabilities.
Q. Do you allow adult content?
A. Yes! We allow anything that is legal in California & Utah. See TOS for more details.
Q. Do you allow IRC?
A. We do not allow IRC servers on our network, no exceptions.
